AI Powered product team

Execution dies between conversation and delivery. Most teams spend hours in meetings, notes get written, action items get scattered, ROI gets discussed vaguely. I wanted a system that turns raw conversation into structured execution artifacts.

It simulates a small product team:

• A Librarian agent loads transcript + context
• An Analyst extracts insights
• A Product agent generates a PRD and execution plan
• A Finance agent models ROI impact

• Product Requirements Document - prd.md  - Structured requirements grounded in the transcript and context.
• Jira Plan - jira_plan.json - Execution-ready epics and stories.
• ROI Model - roi.md -  Clear assumptions and payoff framing.
